Navigation Bar Padding

Hi, is there a way I can force the main navigation to align toward the bottom of the main header bar? See screenshot attached. Basically I’d like to add some padding to nudge the navigation menu down so it aligns with the bottom of the logo. Note: I only have a portion of the menu loaded so far, there will be a lot more coming.
