NAV TEXT COLOR STUCK

Hello the special navigation color is stuck. The text color is white, I would like it in black. I’ve tried a ridiculous amount of things to change the color. Nothing works with the exception of manually changing the font in the menu section with HTML.

What doesn’t work::::
Color manager doesn’t change the text color.
Custom CSS doesn’t change the text color.

What does work::::
Custom CSS will change the standard menu.
