Nav bar height

I have added a script that permits an .svg image to be uploaded and used as a logo in the nav bar.

I have set the sticky nav bar to be 30 pixels tall, however as seen in the attached image, something prevents the sticky nav bar from shrinking. I don’t think it is the logo itself (it is only as tall as the letters) but I do want to make the sticky nav bar shorter.

How can I?
