Mysterious horizontal line on page

I only made a couple of minor changes to my page (mostly modifying words on the page), and there is now a horizontal line that cuts through the text and image on the page. It seems like it’s (maybe) supposed to separate the text section from the bottom of the page, but it’s erroneously too high and now moving down (responding) when it should. I can’t figure out what it is, where it is in the code or template, etc.
