My "Visual Composer Settings" don't seem correct.

In watching your Tutorial Video on the Visual Composer, it seems I don’t have all the “Design Options” that you do.

I go to: Dashboard/Settings/Visual Composer
And there are no “Custom CSS”, “Design Options”, tabs.

Where can I edit/change all this “Design Options” ???
