My Mobile Menu Doesnt Display the 3 Bars or graphic

My menu doesn’t work properly, only on mobile after the newest update.

The home mobile menu no matter what I do has no graphics and is invisible / white.

You can still click on it and it functions but you would not know to click on it since there is no graphic now.

Not sure what caused the issue , it came out of nowhere recently after updates.
