Move Mobile Menu Location

Hi, I currently use the menu type that has a large logo on top with the menu underneath it. However, the mobile version has the hamburger location in the same spot, which looks really awkward. Is there a way to force mobile to put the hamburger menu at the top of the page without changing the desktop version of the site?
