“More Members” option not working in Team Members Settings

I have enabled the “Team Members” module and in the “Team Members Settings” I have selected “With Meta Details Sidebar” to be the default layout and I have enabled the “More Members” option. But on the single team members pages, the “More Members” section does not show even though this option has been enabled. I have 6 members that should be showing up.

What am I doing wrong?
