Mojo Sunset and Honoring Subscriptions??

I am a designer whose client JUST paid to renew her theme subscription through Mojo, just before they sent this sunset notice. So now she has paid through next December, 2024. Will her theme still be operational after the sunset – in other words, are you recognizing current subscription terms, so that she won’t need to purchase again until next December, (and then through you directly) or will her theme cease to work after December 31, and we have to try to get her money back through Mojo AND purchase again through you? I just want to make sure her site does not cease to function on Jan 1. I saw mention of purchasing a theme at a discount here and canceling through Mojo, but I can’t really risk and interruption to her site a week before Christmas. Any guidance would be appreciated!
