Modal Subscribe Window on Scroll

Hi,

I have seen many sites that use a Modal Window function to get people to subscribe. Please could you tell me:

– how I can get a Modal Window to appear when the user scrolls to a certain part of a page (perhaps via Javascript
– how I can embed the WordPress/Jetpack subscription widget in to the Modal Window.
