Modal Button Customize

I got the CSS code from another post on how to customize, however it doesn’t cover all i want to customize. I want all the options available in the normal button menu. webiste is: http://www.drsmartphonesdallas.com/lp The button I am trying to customize is the green email button. I want it to look like the facebook button, including option for icon. please help
