Mobile site not working properly

Hi, the mobile version with a sidebar enabled is acting when having the device in a vertical position like if it was horizontal so it looks horrible.

Also the menu button is not responding.

Moreover it is taking enormous amounts of time to fully load, as if it actually wasnt being adapted to mobile.

Any advice?
