Mobile site not responsive.

My mobile site for “Team Members” is not loading in the same order as my full site is. I have images showing up in random places and header text not following the testimonial slide. Testimonials aren’t responding like the full site. They don’t move.

Is there a way to change what loads on the mobile site without harming the full site?

If not… is there a way to have the mobile site load as if it where the full site without the page turning into a bunch of CSS code?
