Mobile Portrait Mode: Footer extra bottom padding issue

Hello all!

I would greatly appreciate some help with an issue I can’t fix for the life of me.

My footer image is perfect on every single platform except mobile phone in portrait mode only – in that mode, there’s a big old chunk of white bottom padding there.

Any ideas on ways to fix this?
