Mobile Not Loading After Update

I had 2 big issues after the update I did today from Highend. One I was able to fix with my hosting support’s help. The second is a big deal and I can’t seem to fix it. Mobile is no longer loading. And I’m told it could be a plug in conflict. I have very few plug-ins and they are all really important. I’ve inactivated several with no improvement. Do you know of any definite problems with plug-ins with the most recent update?
