Mobile menu

Hi,

Thanks for the great theme “high end”! I love working with it as well as the amazing look of the pages.
There are some things going on with the mobile menu however:

1. I use the recommended sizes for the logos. However, on my iphone (5s) in portrait mode the menu button gets shifted to a second line. What to do? I’ve already tried to make the logo significantly smaller but that didn’t work yet.
2. The bottom menu item is not on the display of my iphone anymore, i.e. I can’t scroll to it and keep it on the page. I noticed the demonstration site has the same problem.
