Missing Revolution Slider and Layer Slider content after import

Hi Guys
I have installed the Highend theme successfully.
I have installed the demo content successfully according to the onscreen message.
However, I am missing the sliders.
If I go to the slider page I get the simple flex and laptop sliders perfectly, but not the Revolutionslider or LayerSlider content (see image).

What do I have to do to install these content elements?
