Hi currently when I share my website link on facebook as an update, the description that is coming through seems to be for HB themes and not my site. How can I fix that on the meta data?

This is the info that is coming through as a description:
“Suspendisse et semper libero, a pulvinar enim. Nulla congue, nibh ac feugiat commodo, mi nibh mattis nisl, nec cursus mauris est in elit sed.”
