Menu Wrapping

On a desktop, my menu begins to wrap before it ultimately switches to the condensed menu (see attached). How do I set the width such that it collapses to the condensed menu prior to wrapping? I found a topic on this and tried the suggestion, but it did not work for me. Thanks!
