Menu structure question

I would like to create a menu item whose top label is not actually a page. It is sort of a holder to allow for a drop down menu of categories.

Example: http://www.newdirectionsaromatics.com/

Hover over oils and a menu drops down.
Click on oils and it does nothing.

This is what I would like to do.
