Menu display in Firefox, Safari and IE7

    Cannot see dropdown menus in Firefox, Safari or IE7 with one particular install. In Safari, only one of 3 top-level menu items appear, an no dropdowns. They all (Top-level and dropdowns) work fine in Chrome.

    What particular settings affect the visibility of top level and lower level menu items?

    What screenshots would you like me to send?
