Menu Custom Link Button Not Working

    Although I’ve created custom links in 2017 I’ve not been able to do so this year at all. Now I’ve got to make changes to the menu and I require a Custom Link to be created. How can this be restored or fixed? What do I need to do? I’m currently running WordPress v5.0 and I’ve got the current release of the HighEnd theme.
