Memory limit

Hello,

Due to trouble with some functions I asked my host to increase my WP memory limit, and they said that it was increased to 128mb. However, in the HighEnd system diagnostics it still says: “WP Memory limit 40 MB. Recommended memory limit should be at least 64MB.”

It also says that it is required to Restore Defaults in order to see changes, which I did, but the diagnostics still list the WP memory limit as 40mb. I asked my host again, and they confirmed that it was increased to 128mb. Can you please advise why the increase is not showing in HighEnd options?
