Memory Limit + Execution Time Issues

Please see attached image for the issue notifications I’m trying to resolve.

I have already contacted my hosting company and after they added a php.ini (?) file told me that both the memory limit and execution times are now where they should be according to the Highend system diagnostics message.

I then restored the theme options (though I found the instructions less than adequate) but the message remained.

I then updated my wordpress to 4.0, as well as the 2012/13/14 themes, and all plugins. Restored theme options again, still the message is there.
