Making background image full size

On the Highend theme, contact page template, I am trying to make the background an image. I’ve tried via the background image option, I’ve tried as the background of the contact form itself, I’ve made the page full-width… I just can’t make the image full size, instead there is a gray strip at the bottom of the page. How can I remove this and make the image the full page size? Screenshot attached.
