"Make my post a sticky" is not working.

Hi, i want to make a post a sticky one on this website:
http://intranet2.ggdgelderlandzuid.nl

The website is behind a ip filter, so If you give me your ip I can whitelist you.

I can’t see that this article is sticky: ‘Opschoning Netwerkaccounts’
