Major Issues with Theme update 3.5.02 for Multisite

Hello, I am having some serious issues when updating to 3.5.02 on a WP multisite. A regular WP site with an update with your theme is not an issue. The main style sheet and dynamic style sheet are causing some serious issues. The site listed below is created on a WP multisite and it seems to only affect the main site on the network.

It completely breaks the header, messes up the logo and sticky menu, removes the Rev slider, the footer is black, among many other issues.

Please kindly advise on how to fix this issue with your latest update for a multisite.
