Main Header Layout Type 3 – 1px Separators Extending

I have my Main Header Layout set to Type 3 (with the logo in the center). However, when I change it to this layout the 1px lines that are separating the main menu categories extend down into the slider.

Also, the 1px lines enclosing the Search Magnifying glass extend vertically.

I’ve attached a screenshot and circled in red where all the lines are extending too far.
