Main demo import issues

Hello,

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to import and run the “Main” demo for highend on my new website but am running into multiple issues.

1. Automatic import of demo (as per instructions on others posts in this forum) results in the message “This may take a few minutes” but the operation never completes. I have left it open for 2+ hours. I have increased memory allocation and max input time above their minimum values.

2. Manual import using the WordPress importer says it has been completed but no changes are reflected on the website.

3. In the dashboard, trying to click “Customize” in the Themes section for highend crashes the page.

I just need to have the Dark version of the Main demo as my website. If there are any solutions please let me know. I don’t mind starting from scratch if it means I can finally run the website properly.
