Main Demo Import Issue Highend

Hello, I have been attempting to import the main demo theme on to my WordPress site hosted through Bluehost (www.blueprintbro.com) however have ran into issues with the demo import. It does not seem to fully import the demo.

Wordpress/Bluehost indicate the error is with the theme vendor. Support logs can be provided

Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.
