lost login and “create account” on checkout page

    I had HIGHEND, this amazing product, to build my ice cream shop. https://jesseclaire.com/checkout/
    For an unknown reason, I lost “checkout login” and “create an account”. Please see the attached files.
    It’s an important flow to checkout, please help, and show me how to add them back.
