lost footer and pre footer

I have been having hosting problems with blueost. The support high level techs stated something was causing my site to throttle. I am pretty sure it is that pop up chat code. after they sent me an email, i removed it to make sure. At this point things are ok. I was not able to edit sites consistantly, only here and there. After there email, the footer was jumbled. I removed the widgets and the footer itself where the links and copyright are not visible. Can you please check this. I am going to send you login credentials via email. i am waiting to speak to someone, but if they did something they won’t admit it.
Please see if you can bring it back.
