Lost Floating Email (Widget)

I had a floating email CTA (widget?) that showed all the way down in the right hand corner on desktops and was prevalent on mobile screens. Client really liked it..Then I made a change and it disappeared. I for the life of me can’t find the setting for it now. Client thinks I stole it…help.
