Logo STILL wont upload in Highend theme.

Hi, I’m unhappy to say I have been trying to reach out to your team with little to no help or response. It’s very unfortunate I was talked up to buy this theme without knowing how little of support I would have. I have used Bluesky Support and we have gone through all Highend options, all WP options and no setting or image is able to upload and fit the screen in the correct size. Please help me correct this.
