Logo size change needed

Hi,

I used the highend theme with the blog demo version. I am now trying to change the size of the main logo. http://thewisdomofmen.com/

I have tried changing the size in the #logo img { max-height: 540px; }

But it doesnt change anything.

Can you please let me know how to proceed.

Also do i need to upload two images of different sizes.
