Logo Larger than Header

I’ve tried several of the similar solutions I found in the support area with no luck. I would like to keep the logo size across all pages and expand the header area to accommodate it with a 10px padding at the top and bottom of the logo. Could you provide me the correct CSS to use or where these changes would be made? I tried adjusting it the layout section with no luck. I’ll attach a screen shot of what I mean.
