Logo is tiny and colors won’t change outside of color optimizer

Hi,
I’ve added my logo to the logo settings, and it’s tiny. Can you help me make it larger, so it is legible?

Also, I’ve changed the colors in the color optimizer. When I am in that view, the menu and all of the colors match the settings I’ve added. However, when I close it and preview the pages of the website, the old green colors are still there on the special header and the footer menus. I’ve attached screenshots.
