Login module is not working

I have reached out many times and I don’t get answer. The login module is not working and my server provider asks for the following. Kindly your reply

“Would you be able to tell me what cookie/arg/variable needs to be excluded from the server cache, I can add the exclusion…

could you reach out to them and ask what cookies or arguments are involved with the log in module and then we can add cache exclusions and figure out what needs to be excluded for the workaround?

If we can nail down the exact variable that needs to be excluded, then it will resolve the issue for the log in module across the whole site”
