Login Issue with WPS Hide Login Plugin

    When I have the plugin “WPS Hide Login” installed and activated I get an error (see attached for screenshot). I have deactivated all other plugins and tested to see if there was a conflict but that does not seem to be the issue so it seems to be theme related.

    Please advise.
