Login dropdown does not stay open without holding the mouse button down.

Help me.
The dropdown login menu @ daw-usa.com doesn’t stay open unless you hold the button down while moving the cursor down to select a different login.
Is there any way to change this so that it stays open as long as you hover over the open dropdown? It drives my bosses crazy, and they keep asking me for a fixit even though I’m strictly a front end guy.
Any suggestions?
