Load Highend Demo Please!

I have unsuccessfully tried to use the Demo Importer, but I get the 500 code. Under System Diagnose it showed I needed to increase the Wp Memory Limit and Max execution time from 30 to 120.
I followed the resource to change both of those settings. Still did not work. I called Hostgator. The Wp Memory was fixed and set to 256 but they can not increase the speed past 30.
I thought I saw in the forum how to manually install the full demo, as I am a new site, but I can not find it now.

Will you please install the demo for me, and send me the link were to upload it manually if that ever is a need?

Also, as I am new, is there a good video that shows step by step how to set up a website with the many options found within the Highend Theme? Thats would be very valuable.
