Live Chat plugin crashing site

Screets Live Chat plugin started crashing my site out of the blue, was working fine previously. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it continued to crash my website, http://www.thebooksbusiness.com. Bluehost said that they received this error message, and that it looked like it was trying to download the headers twice causing a huge load time.

I have already lost a lot of data because of this crash. Any ideas?
