Links on Fixed Footer workaround

    Like many others I was having problems with the links in my footer not working when using the “Fixed footer” option.

    By accident i have discovered that if you disable the pre-footer on ONE page, the links now work on ALL pages.

    I hope this little system quirk will help other website developers in their design and perhaps help the Highend theme developers track the source of the bug.
