Linking to new page from header logo

I am using the highend theme for hosting a tutorial series for a research project, and without going into too many details – I need to change the link in my front-page logo such that it links to a pager other than the home page, is this possible?

By this I mean that when a user clicks on what would be the jewel icon in the upper left by default, I want them to be directed to a page other than the home page.
