Link Color On Product Hover

I can’t seem to figure out how to change the link color of a product mouseover. The dark grey square appears but the text “View Details” and “Add To Cart” are dark grey also so they’re unreadable.

In the Color Customizer if I change the “Color – Content” “Content Link Color” to white, then it changes all the links that are on the white background too. All I want is to change the color of the text on the grey square hover.
