Limit Content Width

    I am trying to figure out how to limit the page width on http://www.waveeffectfitness.com?

    In Photo1 you can see how I want it but if I keep widening my browser it ends up like Photo2 where it is just to big. If I minimize my window the header over lapse like in Photo3.

    How do I control this?
