Like Spacing in text box

Hi, How can I change the line Spacing in a portion of a text. In this case I have a header and a text in a text box. I only need to reduce the line spacing in the header. How can I do that. If I can change ‘before’ and ‘after’ (after hit enter), that would be great (just like in MS word)
