License keys gone

My license keys on all my websites were somehow “removed” – I didnt do that, nor did my web manager – now it’s saying we have to register. I didn’t think I only had theme license keys through mojo marketplace, but I’m not sure. So how can I know for sure, before I purchase more license keys?
