LayerSlider Not Transitioning or Showing Thumbnails

I’ve built a single slider (with 5 slides, transitions & links) in LayerSlider v6.9.2 published to my home page at https://connectiscybersecurity.com. The slider seems to be constructed correctly according to the Layerslider preview.

ISSUES on HOME PAGE:
1- Site only shows the first slide and never transitions to the next slide.
2- Thumbnails are never visible although correctly defined
3- The links are not present on the home page
4- The directional <PREV NEXT> buttons although visible have no effect when clicked manually

It’s as though something in the theme is blocking the functionality, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve spent 7 hours trial and error to make this work and I’m at my wits end. I’m hoping this is just a configuration thing, but I doubt it as I’ve tried everything, including creating a new test slider that also didn’t work so I deleted the test.
