Layer Slider not showing all pictures on Ipad

Hello, I have 2 questions.

1. What can I do to make my site faster. I have a few galleries and overall the site seems to load slowly.

2. Is there a setting in the Layer Slider that makes it compatible with an Ipad? I have a slider on my homepage but not all the pictures show up.

On my pc everything shows great.
